Service Description
DataFold provides data analytics, data science, and AI integration services. We work with businesses to turn their data into actionable insights, predictive models, and intelligent systems. Our services are delivered on a project basis, tailored to each client's needs.
Pricing & Payment
All services are quoted on a per-project basis in US Dollars (USD). Pricing is determined after an initial consultation to understand the scope and requirements of your project. Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in the project proposal or contract.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables produced as part of their project, including code, models, reports, and documentation. DataFold retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies gained during a project, but not client-specific data or proprietary information.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We do not disclose client data, business strategies, or project specifics to third parties without explicit written consent. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
Limitation of Liability
DataFold's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Venezuela.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
